Hi Tony,

I need to reset my password and memorable phrase (which is unfortunately insufficiently memorable!). The reset password link on the login pages is returning a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

Can you investigate?

Sure can and it's fixed. Sorry  :-[ You can't reset the memorable phrase currently, it's on the list, but you'll see a reminder.
