I still get the username/pasword error from DSLstats as shown in attached picture.

I'd like to resolve that issue when you're ready, but at the moment I guess you want to concentrate on HG612_modem_stats.

AS HG612_stats.exe appears to be working properly for harvesting data & comparing it against the previous row of data in the log, I can only suspect that somehow, your username and/or validation code have been accidentally amended.

It is strange though that you are seeing the same issue with 2 completely different programs (HG612 Modem Stats & DSLStats), which both need username & validation code to be entered for MDWS uploads.

My thoughts exactly, I suspect the problem is not my end after all.

I have double checked my username and password and they are correctly entered in both programs.

Perhaps some corruption with my details on the server ?

In ONGOING_ERROR.LOG_file_ERROR.TXT do you see this:-

If you see this, it means something is wrong:-

File upload status = USER - Ongoing stats data

I got that message by editing my validation code to an incorrect sequence of characters.
The same message is recorded if I spell my username incorrectly.

No part of those strings you posted are in my ONGOING_ERROR.LOG_file_ERROR.TXT

Even just searching for 'File upload status' within the log finds nothing.

Is the logged record of each minute's data harvest still stopping at this point:-

21/04/2015 19:59:05.96 - ONGOING-ISRUNNING-195901-922.TXT - The next bit gets the data from the previous row of data from modem_stats.log. Status = 1,

If so, I'll have another look at what might be wrong when I get home from work tomorrow night.

Just spotted that MDWS is showing you as online again.

Have you changed anything?

It's all working now, I have no idea why though.

All I did was shut it down again, checked username/password, restarted, refreshed the page and hey presto !
