Any plans for 3db target instead of 6db?
« on: April 07, 2015, 10:08:00 PM »

I have witnessed that my modem does a great job of holding onto the connection even when it is at 1db are there any plans to allow ISPs/users to set a lower target?  Thanks

They do 3dB for adsl2+ but Ive not heard anything for fttc.

Although all part of the same larger DLM system, the fttc parameters are slightly different and vdsl is more temperamental due to cross-talk.  Whether or not it will change with g.inp or vectoring... who knows.
