No still going as far as I can tell. There is a competition running to guess the final ssd's point of Failure.

Not any more, it died today at 695.5TB unless of course it's an April's fool!

Absolutely,  I have Raid 6, cloud and off site USB HDD backup of really important stuff.

Absolutely,  I have Raid 6, cloud and off site USB HDD backup of really important stuff.

Likewise although I use a known data centre rather than out-there-somewhere cloud which has a habit of vanishing when you most need it...

Here there are two x RAID 5 NAS one backing up the other and physically separated, mirrored drives on the main machines, plus separate external USB drives for scheduled daily disk image backups. And the MDWS tables and other database material are also written live to duplicated databases at a London data centre.
