I dont Im afraid. From the initials Im guessing something like Line/
Loop
Quality Diagnostics?
Edit something
here
when I googled "Line Quality Diagnostics". You may have to do some more digging as most of the info seems to point back to Alcatel-Lucent's, Network Analyser from the dlsam?

Never heard of that acronym before ?? But would suggest Kitz has pretty much nailed it ??
The reason I say this is you mention the term 'Data-pack'. I get these sent to me when working on REIN cases, and can be for any duration (not just 3 days worth), depending on ISP. I'm guessing your particular one will be a 3-day DELT test set up by the ISP ?

the issues are all intermittent with an sfi already out to the property but when this was sent to NOC for further investigation they advised that this LQN test takes 3 days to complete and noted the time it started ,but if i find out any more i will update this post .....Thanks again guys

you were correct (surprise ) it was a line quality diagnostics its done after a SFI has gone out and not resolved the issue rather than book another SFI straight away , this is run and if this passes then they rebook
