50p a minute, what a rip off.I thought all that premium rate crap was no more.I remember just before I went on to broadband last year I was unable to connect to my tiscali dial up.I phoned support @ 50p a minute and ended up paying over £7 for something that wasn't even my fault!!   >:(

Thanks for the info Dave

I'll update this page with the info
http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/isp_contact.php

Not today though - since Ive currently got 2 versions of the site on the go right now..  and Im trying to avoid making any changes on the "live site" just in case I accidentally forget to carry the  info over to the new one.  :-[

Phil,
I think most calls would be on the 'Second line and Livebox number' at 5p per min. Still not cheap when you consider that it is usually to a 'foreign' land and to someone who is still in the first year at English language.  >:(
I have got round it either by asking for help on here or writing to Doncastert and waiting for a Yorky to ring me back and talk me through the problem.  8)

I wanted to give them nil stars on the poll but it is set up that they must have at least one star.
Just a point, Kitz, but could it be set to a 'nil star' just to indicate that a vote has been placed even if it is 'zero'.

>> I wanted to give them nil stars on the poll but it is set up that they must have at least one star.

I use stars as an easy way for people to vote - although I did the stars interface- the actual backend module of that is a php "plug-in"..  where the user has to at least click 1 star/item/object  to show that the vote has been recorded. no stars is "null" and also used as a check to make sure that a vote has been placed.

However what you may not be aware of  is..
when its converted to percentages  (which I later do for the final results) it works out that 1 star (being the lowest award) is 0%.
3 stars is the midground with 5 stars being the max

When you put all 5 sections together it works something like this for the possible combinations.

1star + 1star + 1star + 1star + 1star = 0%
1star + 1star + 1star + 1star + 2star = 5%
2star + 2star + 2star + 2star + 2star = 25%
3star + 3star + 3star + 3star + 3star = 50%
4star + 4star + 4star + 4star + 4star = 75%
4star + 4star + 4star + 4star + 5star = 80%
4star + 4star + 5star + 5star + 5star = 90%
4star + 5star + 5star + 5star + 5star = 95%
5star + 5star + 5star + 5star + 5star = 100%
