I ordered a new mobile phone from Tesco direct on tuesday.It stated next day delivery.It never came Wednesday after I waited in all day.Phoned customer service on thursday only to be told the courier had left it on the back porch.We don,t have a back porch I replied and in any case you can't get round the back as it is fenced off.Leave it with me said the tesco man and I will phone you back.Did he,no.I must have phoned them at least 6 times without getting anywhere,and to make matters worse the call centre is in scotland.( those accents)On the website it says if you are not in and the leave it with a neighbour or in a secure place they will put a card through your letterbox.I was in and there was no card.I paid by credit card so Am I covered?
Would appreciate any feedback.
