We used to have one of those hamster ball thingies where she could run around safely inside. She used to make a bee-line for the cats in it.. and typical of mouse when she did that he'd back off, and the hamster had him cornered more than once
Mouse only took an interest in her when she was in her cage - then he would make flying leaps to try and get to her so we had to keep the cage out of reach - or else he knock the cage off onto the floor. :/
She just got old in the end - and I found her *asleep* on xmas eve.
