Bt online fault progress now stuck at "date closed -open", no idea when the next engineer will arrive the last info said will be fixed by 1pm today, so here's waiting :)

Not fussed when, just hope it gets fixed properly this time...

I would not be to worried what you see in the progress fault as i have one date closed -open  case from the 4th of feb and have had an engineer visit my premises last fri 13th so take it with a pinch of salt

You would be better getting on the phone to 0800 111 4567 and asking the ISP for updates into the progress if you have a spare 30 minutes  ;D

Ah ha, yes that's what I did today and BT contacted openreach straight away and called me back to say OR are installing a new cable but unknown when, BT then escalated it to the next level and said they will chase daily giving me updates.
