OK. Ive just had a look at this.
Ive absolutely no idea why it wasnt working the other day, because as far as Im aware I haven't made any changes to that part for several years.
I was mistaken about the assumption of some changes had been made last year re 88.2% - that was actually on the max_speed_calculator and those changes were made in June 2012 (
here) and any changes to the IPprofile page were all static and shouldn't have affected the IPprofile calculator script or code... and even so then Im sure it would have been brought to my attention sooner than 30 months.
Because I know how long it took me to split the max_calc page functions into 2, for now Im going to ignore that the 20CN calc runs in excess of 8Mb. It always has done from back in the days before the 88.2%. At some point I may totally redesign the code and add separate ones for adsl2+ and fttc, but for now Im afraid, it will have to stand as is. The main thing is that it is working.
