Orange Livebox Updates.
« on: February 15, 2008, 02:30:25 PM »

Got this from Orange:

We'll be updating your Livebox with some new software during the next few weeks.

The update will happen between 13th February and 6th March 2008. Please keep your
Livebox switched on ready for the update, but don't worry if you can't, as it'll update
automatically next time you switch it on.

The update takes about 10 minutes and you might notice that the lights on your
Livebox will flash continuously - but this is completely normal and nothing to worry
about. It's important that you don't turn your Livebox off when it starts receiving the
update.

If you happen to be using the Internet at the time of the software update, you'll lose
connection but only for the duration of the update and then you'll be back up and running.

If you have any difficulties during the update, just give us a call on 0844 873 8586*
and we'll help you sort it out.

Thanks,

dave

* kitz wonders what theyre updating though?

I guess it seems strange to me that an ISP does the router updates.
