All up and running, as described in

Operationally, things seem to be running smoothly.
What I've learnt is
- that the
DSL checker needs to be showing the right cabinet first, before the ISP can place an order with BTW
- that any BTW order inherits the build details from those that exist when it is placed; if those details change mid-order, then the order keeps the wrong details and needs to be cancelled
- that any KPI's that Ofcom uses to measure Openreach performance aren't worth the electrons used to publish them. Orders need to be cancelled willy-nilly to cope with limitations of the internal ordering system, so losing any ability to track (say) how long a subscriber has been waiting for provisioning. I think I went through 5 different BTW orders in the life of this one order at ISP level.
