vdsl issue

My speedtest results and general downloads have borked over the last 3 days or down from 40 to 14 ish mbps on various sites, different times of day with a wired connection. I have eliminated my router by connecting directly to the hg612, same result. I think my stats look ok ??

Nothing stats-wise has changed much at all since the last set I saw, dated 27/11/14.

The issue could possibly be congestion or other external network related.

Not sure about your ISP, but when this rarely happens with PlusNet, disconnecting/reconnecting the ROUTER can sometimes cause the connection to use a different, less congested ISP gateway.
