a glitch in the system ?
« on: January 31, 2008, 05:12:35 PM »

Something odd happening today, or do i misunderstand the system ?
My profile is set to NOT receive notifications of new posts, or replies to posts etc., but as of today I am getting them.

Is is this to do with the fact that they all relate to  a thread started by me, "anyone seen a greenhouse" or is it a glitch.

Other threads that I started did not elicit thes notifications.

It's not a problem to me, but it may be something you would like to have a look at in case there is a site error somewhere.  :)

Is it possible that you accidentally clicked the Notify button?

Yes, indeed, you have awakened the little grey memory cells, and of course you are quite correct.
I remember now that I clicked "another button" instead of the "modify" one.
I must have hit the "notify"  :-[

Thank you.
