BT SINET
« on: September 16, 2014, 09:42:38 PM »

I got a notification some point last week that over the weekend BT would be doing some major work on their site and various information at times would not be available.   Unfort I ditched the email not thinking anything of it, so I cant go back to see what it says now  :-[ :-[.

Until tonight when I came to look for something on SINET using my old links.. and none of them worked.

SINET has a had a major update and doesnt look anything like its looked for the past 10yrs or so.  Looks good though :)

If you've been looking at the list of recently updated documents, some of them say they've been updated to change the SINET URL to:

cheers - I hadnt noticed that.   Id just clicked on a link for one of the docs I needed..  and got a 404.

I then searched on google to get it..  which also returned a 404, so it looks like even googles not cached the new urls yet.

It does look a lot less... retro!

If they've still got the decorators in, eco repair could do with a lick of paint too :P

It was more to do with the fact that they'd changed and updated some of the sins and their respective urls as to why I got a 404. :)
