Hi Tony,

Not sure if i'm missing something but i can't see my own name in the dropdown list anymore. I've changed from adsl to fttc so not sure if that has affected anything or i'm just going blind. My username is slipbye if that helps?

Well I could see why you weren't showing and you are now but nothing caused it at your end. Odd though, your modem says you are on VDSL but the upload speeds are terrible and (still?) looks like an ADSL line?

Moved over to Vodafone fttc a week or so ago (better than 1 meg adsl!) long way from cab. Moved over to a zyxel 8924 so I could check stats as I think it's banded me now, will see how it goes now I've binned that Vodafone router.

Hi wonder if someone can help

My username is v6villain on dsl stats. I am able to record my stats but when i try and view them via the website I am unable to see my stats  and I do not show on the drop down list.  The exact problem the above poster has had.

Any suggestions how to fix this

You should be okay now and can see what the problem was for both you and the previous user. Will fix properly tomorrow...

You might look in the DSLStats Event log and see if there are any clues to the erratic uploads.

I have the same issue as the previous two users whereby I appear to have dropped off the web UI. Username is lockdown.

Tony, could you display the date/time of the users last upload beside the username in the page headings? That might reduce queries of this type.

Okay that's done.  It appears under the user name on the info line as that already has an Ajax update timer running every 30 secs

Well I checked the client a couple of days ago and it had been up for many days. I also verified the loging credentials with the test button and all reported well.

I will check again tonight and report back.

Can't see any reason why, it's visible here and is set to show although that was updated very recently but don't know what it was set to before.

Hi it was always set to show, then I had a play with options . Since then its not visible, even though I returned the setting to show percentage.

The percent box does not show on the small Original graphs which is what you are using at the moment despite being a Supporter. Change to one of the other larger sizes and it will re-appear...
