Yes J0hn, I appreciate that this is the case, I have already observed this as my line did originally convert from ADSL and went fast path, then after a few days DLM did re-synch with DS interleaving, totally understandable as I had indeed been getting high ES rates before DLM intervened.
After 4 days, DLM put me back on DS fast path, as you said, both events occured in the early hours of the morning.
I did obey the "at least 2 X 15min. period delay" rule before re-booting the modem, in fact I waited over an hour to keep DLM stat's happy.

However, there certainly appears to be a grey area regarding the application of G.Inp, I have diligently read all available kitz information on the subject and posted on this forum but still don't have a clear understanding on this.
I'am beginning to believe that my Huawei cabinet is not G.Inp enabled !

I need to take the server down for a short while to make some changes so, no,  it hasn't crashed again!

RESYNC ALERTS

The resync e-mail alert system has been broken for some time now and only about 25% of users get their mails (if not disabled by a user).

The summary listing that's always been available at the top right of the SNRM pane is correct though and will show you more information on any resync if needed (see attachment).

The good news though is that, as of yesterday, the e-mail alert system is now working again after a complete rewrite over the past few weeks and everyone who wants them should now be receiving alerts. If you don't see them please check your SPAM etc folders.

Also the Resyncs/LOS Pane is now working properly again for the bottom summary list.

Thanks - but that facility isn't new, it has been there for around two years on MDWS, I was just using you as an example ...

Is 'All User Stats' available on Basic Version (5 day version) on MWDS?

Hi, my 1st post here so 1st of all, Great web site and stats gathering so thumbs up to all involved.

I wonder if someone could help me though?

I installed the mydslstats some time ago, a year or two, and the stats were all being gathered and uploaded fine.
I then left it to do its thing and haven't checked for a few months but they now don't seem to be being uploaded.
Could someone help?

Suggest you download the latest version for your upload machine and upgrade. Then use the test button to check if it can validate. If you are unable to recover the login details it may be easier to create a new account. Make sure your upload device time is correct too.

Are you using dslstats or hg612 stats?

Thanks for replying skyeci, I am running v5.9 of dslstats on my raspberry pi and its been running really well for some time.
I have updated the version of dslstats from time to time but I haven't updated to v6 yet, only just seen it on the forum.

I can go to the upload to dslstats tab under Configuration and it shows my username and validation key but when I try and click on Check Now all I see is "Unable to Check at present" in Red under the Check now button.

I use a pi3 as well. I would manually download the latest pi version then copy paste over your exsisting install and try again. Also you could login to mdws on line to check your account is still active/working...

Thanks skyeci, I have logged in to mdws to check my account is still active and its fine.

I'll take a look at v6 then and see how I get on.

That error occurs if DSLstats is unable to contact MDWS for some reason. If DSLstats is otherwise running normally and recording data locally, then it has a good connection to the router, and that's not the cause of the problem. It could possibly be that the SD card is wearing out (they don't last forever, and DSLstats does make frequent reads and writes). But in the first instance I suggest that you follow skyeci's advice, install the latest version and see how it goes.
