I have a set of 6 fixed IP's From  Eclipse  isp.BT ADSL2(G992.3) line>HG612 as a Modem, Bridge, WAN Not Bound to LAN1 or 2 + Also have FTTP (G.984) No One isp Fixed IP >Dual WAN pfSense (Hardware Firewall and routing).> Two WAN's, Ethernet LAN, DMZ LAN, Zyxel GS1100-24 Switch.

I seem to recall some controversies about them when they worked in Bournemouth three or so years back. Here is a link to my search of the Bournemouth Echo. The relevant  are part way down.

They primarily lay dark fibre which means not much for the likes of you and me as consumers of broadband who need to purchase a product from an ISP.

I notice they have recently partnered with Easynet for supply of PSN.  (Eg government networks) again that discludes consumers and small business.  Easynet provide backhaul for some ISPs.   They used to own ukonline the ISP, but sold that off to sky.

Im afraid I don't see them rolling out fibre to remote regions and retailing broadband to residential consumers.

Just to clarify I knew about York and a couple of other cities large towns..   
I said I don't see them rolling out fibre to remote regions
