I don't have the natural ability for snag hunting but after looking like a prize cock on a few occasions,  I'm marginally more aware of the obvious stuff now :D

I sent a complaint to my local council about the wording about 'Fibre' under the trades description act and they just said contact the citizens advice bureau :lol:
