I thought you might be interested to observe the result of a short-term FTTC capacity problem.
We believe PCP 6 was only fitted with one set of 100 pr tie cables which have now all been consumed.
The new site does say it's updated weekly so it remains to be seen if they catch up next week.
EDIT I'm relieved to say the Wholesale checker now reports VDSL availability for the Huawei 288 FTTC, but it's delayed to 10 Sep 2014. It seems unlikely that adding an extra 48 way line card would take that long; so we guess that the first two line cards and the single set of 100 pr cables are all consumed.
