rein causeing drop outs

had a strange one at least 3 times last week , had adsl drop outs every 3.59 mins with 4 different people any one ever come across this before  at an exact time also downloaded a free app from ASSIA called cloudcheck that does a rein scan with sound bleeps kinda does away with the old radio seach (underestimated app to general public) :baby:

Tracking it down can be the hard part.   Weve had instances before whereby TV sets and hifi's and tredmills have taken out several houses.   Not sure what it could be though if it occurring every 3.59 mins..  sorry :/

Kitz - Please,   is hifi a typo ?  maybe Wifi ? can't find any references to hifi (or hi-fi) in the conference ?

no, she's talking about hifis causing electrical interference that disturbs equipment in other buildings.

Thanks loonylion yes that is what I meant.   A hifi system of the type that plays music.  Theres a reference to it somewhere on here but it was a few years ago now.  iirc it was taking out 3 or 4 nearby houses and was discovered as the culprit by a specialist BT REIN engineer.
