New TV
« on: January 22, 2008, 06:30:59 AM »

I have just ordered myself a new TV:

Linky

I ended up ordering from dixons for £70 less but there site said it could take upto 28 days to deliver  :'( thats just torture  ::)

Can't wait to get my Xbox 360 hooked upto that thing. Oh and can't even begin to imagine how nice its going to be to do my PHP on  :).

Its going to look so funny in my cardboard box room  .

All i have to do now is find a home for the old 32" one(although i have thought of dual screening it):

Sweet - very nice indeed

I know someone who bought a large TV and it totally seemed to over-power the room when they first got it.
Then they put it up on the wall where it looks much better than sat on the unit.  Perhaps something to consider if you hadn't already got that plan. :)

Yeah its already quite high up. One side of my room is like erm... a kitchen worktop(in beach) and that has all my equipment on it.

I will post some pics when i get it. This 28 day delivery is driving me crazy.

PS: changed the link because OCUK stopped stocking it.
