How Do You Remember Commands.

What's the best way to remember Linux commands used in a Terminal/Konsole window ?.

I have a set of 6 fixed IP's From  Eclipse  isp.BT ADSL2(G992.3) line>HG612 as a Modem, Bridge, WAN Not Bound to LAN1 or 2 + Also have FTTP (G.984) No One isp Fixed IP >Dual WAN pfSense (Hardware Firewall and routing).> Two WAN's, Ethernet LAN, DMZ LAN, Zyxel GS1100-24 Switch.

I used to use notepad to create and save info in.
But then the folder where they were being saved started to get a little out of hand with the quantity of files, with very Little in some of them.

So, option number two was born "Excel"
With using various cryptic notes in columns, either for easy sorting of similar types, and the search is a lot easier than the windows search.
