Well just given Plusnet a good shouting at! But as all they can do is pass it over to Openreach, who may just sit and say "Computer says no!" Not to sure how much use it has done! O Well 5 days it is, we wait and see.

Well been a few days and now Plusnet are shouting at BTOpenreach ops sorry their supplier! 
Sent them a map showing why my 9.0mbs ADSL service isn't doing a two mile detour to a Cab at the edge of town! (where I use to live!)
So, Plusnet are now being told missing information on the system , but "The Man" is out of the office !
So hopefully he will return and the information will be enter into the system and it will be "Computer says Yes!" 
Then I will be back on here boasting of a wonderful fast VDSL service with no drop outs, no inter weaving & a beautiful SNR!
Wish me luck! AGAIN!!
