Yes but when the PT fails to display the profile, you can leave it days and it still wont give the brass profile details, same output given
As said when it's broke it's weeks or even longer before you can see what your ip profile is, then a short time later it reverts to not displaying again, this is what iv'e had for the past 8mths or so

It's appear that BTWholesale had messed up with Performance Test (under FTTC) as there are reported from zen, bt, plusnet, idnet not getting ip profile for months! And it rather annoying because plusnet kept telling BTw to fix this but these taking a long time and sometimes BTw forget about it and plusnet have to chase them up again, again and again for 8 months.

Why can't isp's put IP Profile last change / time stamp with date via member account along with isp's current line speed. It's would make it lots easier than BTw PT site.

I been reported this to BTw but they rejected this and they told me to get in touch with your service providers. Useless BTw.
