I understand what you are saying, but I would like them to return the speeds we were having previously, and remove the noise clicking, hissing

I thought you had an OR Engineer last tuesday to look into the Phone noise issue and your still having the same issue it was not cured, I see from your other thread OR passed the line as ok
I am sorry the fault has not been found :(

Looks like another Visit by OR is needed in your case  :blush:

It's nearly been a year, since the first engineer messed it up, he arrived 23rd may (my birthday) to provide us with a worse service! >:(
