Just curious as to what you want to achieve ??  Your line isn't performing badly, given the stats you have posted in the past, so I'm unsure exactly what you are looking for ?

I try to convince my ISP to remove this problem (410-477 gap).

Right OK.  But even if you do manage to convince them, do you really think it will actually benefit you at all ?  You might gain a few Kbps, but that's all.  Surely, it isn't worth bothering about ?
