"Which" Campaign

One  prerequisite  would be a sensible policy on interference, which we've never had !
 From here it sounds like " The grownups should fix it "  !

I came across this from elsewhere and was about to post it.

Not really sure what to make of it.   Too many places where it could go wrong outside of the ISP control.

Im also not sure if it could be a bad move.  We all know that the BT checker is conservative as it is.
Could this make it even more ermmm conservative?

Which then IMHO will not be a good move.   All too often the BT estimated speed is used as an excuse during genuine faults when we know that lines could be capable, and have been capable of higher speeds.  :(

And how's this for a coincidence !   :=

43 dB is a big step !.

Yes Kitz,  agree with you "Guaranteed Rates" can well end up as an excuse for poor rates. Comments in the ThinkBroadband forum seem predominantly against it, except one pro posting which attracted a lot of flak !

Perfection isn't possible, I prefer an ISP who takes me seriously if it does go down.
