Tripe ?? Beautiful. Always loved it since I were a kid, especially with a slice of elder to compliment it. An obviously enormous subject, and literally it all comes down to personal taste. But, I don't know why I can eat 'Tripe' (and talk it sometimes
), but can't for the life in me stomach jellied eels, or squid ?? Similar textures, but try as I might it's not happening.
