Since I have the modem stats log from 2012 data I did already check to see if INP was any different when I used to have 90mbit attainable (no stats from 110). They were 0.0 then as is now, the only time I seen it above 0.0 is when interleaving is on. Although I do believe INP can work in fast path I just think BT never use it alongside fast path.
