Managed to have a few short trips out during the last few days, drove the furthest I have done for over twelve months on Friday, up the coast road to one of our favourite port haunts; that is port as in boats not port as in
I count that as another achievement. This coming week we're hoping to get to a few more favourite haunts
I've been occupied with the new Samsung Chrome Book. Yesterday I had a lovely surprise; I rang my brother who has the same item to query something I didn't understand on it and whilst sorting that out he said " just a minute I want to try something " ...the next thing we were having a video conversation - very clear pictures and the speech synch was only milliseconds out - I hadn't even realised I could do that (not reached that bit in the book
) I was able to carry the 'book' over to hubby so he could join in. It's the simple things in life, isn't it
