enabling debug on Netgear DGN2200

is it possible to enable debug on the Netgear DGN2200?  someone I know is getting a 404 error with the debug link even though the router is on 192.168.0.1

http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?todo=debug

ive seen another website suggest this???:

http://10.0.1.69/setup.cgi?todo=debug
