More router vulns
« on: October 25, 2013, 06:22:47 PM »

Netgear this time with their 3700 series (and 4700 series, and unspecified "others") - usual story, backdoor vuln but with the added disaster of not having properly secured WPS (so Reaver works).

Can't be fixed by any user setiings so its down to Netgear to fix it - which apparently they are going to do next month. It should be noted that this is only after the flaws were publicised; prior to that Netgear first denied the claims and then said it didn't matter.

Can't trust anyone these days mmmm?
