Several small changes but no big new features.

This is intended as a milestone release (if that doesn't sound too pompous). From now on I'll be starting work on some larger scale improvements, but I'll keep this version available as a stable base. I'll try to fix any bugs which are reported in this version of course, but I'll do that separately from the development versions. Unless someone tells me otherwise, I don't think I'll be producing any new Raspberry Pi builds.

Changes since v3.97:

- fixed issue in which the bitswaps per tone chart didn't scroll properly
- fixed issue which resulted in wrong event log error message when login failed with some routers
- in Windows version, DSLstats configuration files are now saved in correct directory
- after the PC has been sleeping or hibernating, DSLstats no longer tries to play back all the
  missing samples
- slightly rearranged items on Stats page to group them more logically
- added option to autosave pages of text data

How do you get the telnet stats to save? I see no options for it in options.

Great piece of software. But with a Billion 7800N router v3.97 works OK, but v4.0 is failing with a 'Incorrect login name or password' message. This is with Windows 7 64 bit. The dslstats.ini entries look exactly the same.

All the notepad files are empty, they're just blank documents it isn't saving any of the text currently.

Sorry to avoid confusion, the eventlogs are saving perfectly fine.
