No big new features here, just some tidying-up and some adjustments to help DSLstats play nicely with HG612__Modem_Stats.

Changes since v3.9:

- corrected errored seconds chart not responding to colour changes
- corrected error whereby the year shown on the traffic charts was wrong in some circumstances
- added option to show upstream and downstream traffic on a per-minute basis
- added a 10-second delay to sampling if a possible conflict with another monitoring program
  is detected
- added a "Synchronise with HG612-Modem-Stats" option which attempts to avoid login conflicts with
  that program by delaying the start of recording when necessary
- corrected error which can sometimes occur if the router is disconnected

Installed and seems to be running fine thank you.

Couple of things/thoughts.

In options pbParams - Autodetect band plans & stats per band.   Does this do anything?

In Tones > Bitswaps per tone.  Is it possible to have a Expand view option like there is in some of the other graphs.

"Autodetect band plans" is always enabled and does what it says. I guess it's rather pointless showing it as a greyed-out option.

"Stats per band" just enables the pbParams tab under "Telnet data", so you can read the data. Nothing is graphed. This option is only available with VDSL2.

Bitswaps per tone - yes, I'll put expand/contract for this graph on the todo list.
