I'll have a go at your fix idc. Thanks for it! :) All else seems to be reporting correctly.

Not as such related to 3.6, but although my connection is currently interleaved ( in the last few hours from depth 256 to 32) and 3.6 has been active quite a few days, CRC errors are being reported and graphed. Is it usual to see them on an interleaved connection?

Its not too unusual no.  Interleaving cant always correct all errors (reported as FECs) and you will still on occasion see all the other types of errors such as HEC, CRC, ErrSecs etc.  The fact that your interleaving depth has been reduced, then CRCs would likely be the first to show the most increase.

Yes, even with interleaving enabled it is still possible to have CRC errors. Errors reported as such are just those 'so big' that they could not be corrected.

Edit: I see that our leader typed faster than me.  :)
