A friend has asked my help in opening photos from his daughter's pc, (In Australia) apparently the pics have changed format from jpegs to MVC- I've tried to open them with paint shop Pro X but the format not recognised.
I forwarded the emails with the attachments to my gmail account where they are shown as jpegs but will not open.
Can anyone tell what is happening and suggest a cure please?
