After my bit of a keffufle yesterday trying to sort out the PC, I had to go online to re authorise/authenticate/activate my Adobe CS2..................that took nearly three hours on the Adobe site and the progress bar bar in Opera was telling me that data was being transferred at FOUR BYTES PER SECOND.

Don't know if that was down to Adobe's site or VM.

I have a totally unthrottled connection but the downside is i have a 30GB cap.(upload is not counted)
This is not a problem to be honest as i rarely go over 20GB.
I was in two minds which way to go when i changed isp's and am glad i chose the cap over throttling, not only do i get my downloads fast at any time of the day but my speeds are always high.

Whilst for obvious reasons I don't like it as I'm classed as one of the heavy users, it will certainly be a BIG  improvement on the present Traffic Management Control system, although as it says "These rules are to be tweaked in the New Year" I take it the current system will rule until then.
