Copying Job Application, My wife ask me how she can copy a 14 page job app under Linux and email it ?.

Something I have never done

I have copied individual copies and emailed them as an attachments.

The only way I can think of is to copy each page then attach to the email, but what 'save' format would I use ? The scanners output is .pnm (I can change it) , I think that's a Linux one so if they use a windows computer it will not read it.

I use the utility scan2pdf.

At the basic level, it will allow 'N' multiple items to be scanned which are then packaged as one 'N'-page PDF format file.

What options do you have for the 'save' format? I'm sure that BGW should be able to understand JPG, PNG, PDF, etc, format files.

That sounds like the job, I have just looked in my package manager and it's called 'Gscan2pdf' it looks like it's the same.
Will try that tomorrow thanks.

Yes, I agree. I only know about that utility due to the purring of my Japanese associate, toracat.
