Exactly and why me and chris said it was a waste of time for the BT engineer... because there isnt anything he could do about it anyhow. Your IP profile had changed because of a low sync.
Its part of the DLM process and any changes to the IP profile should automatically correct themselves over a few days - More info how it works:-
