There is a major service outage affecting the following dialing codes:

012232, 016228, 012773, 014233, 012057, 012347, 013605, 015627, 014277, 017716

Our suppliers are continuing to investigate the cause of this outage. As soon as any more information becomes available we'll update this post.

Reference for this outage is IMT43081, this has only just been provided to us so was not added in the initial post.

Our suppliers have advised that the issue is resolved and you should now be able to connect as normal.

If you're still having difficulties connecting then we suggest that you log into your router and try connecting manually from the settings pages.
