This has been caused by an MSO (major service outage) affecting the following dialing codes:

Our suppliers' engineers are investigating at present, as soon as any more information becomes available we'll update this post.

Kind Regards,

Update: Mon, 03/12/2012 12:00

It has been reported to us by BT that there are currently incidences across the UK affecting their network. As a result some customers may have lost access to the internet between 7:00 and 9:15am this morning and these services will have remained offline.

Areas affected include Birmingham and London. BT are investigating the issues and further updates will be reported here when available.

This now affects customers dropping from around 6am this morning right up to 10:20. Around 300 Zen customers have been affected so far this morning however some of those in Birmingham have reconnected.
