NETGEAR DGND4000
« on: November 01, 2012, 05:00:13 PM »

I have ordered a NETGEAR DGND4000 to improve the WiFi performance in my house, which it should hopefully do as it has dual band 802.11N.

The DGND4000 has a Broadcom (6361?) chipset and supports ADSL2+ broadband connections. In addition, it has a WAN ethernet port for connecting a fibre/cable modem. The DGND4000 supports up to 300Mbps on the 802.11N 2.4GHz frequency and up to 450Mbps on the 5GHz frequency.

All in all, it looks like a high quality piece of kit!

First impressions coming soon...
