Daft Labels
« on: November 28, 2007, 08:04:06 PM »

It's time we had a topic on this, so here is your starter for 10.

Mrs FC bought some cat bowls in Wilkinson's fine Emporium.

They each have a paper label which states:

"Small round plastic cat diner"

So, if you have a small round plastic cat, you now know where to go for essential equipment.

p.s. The twin brother  of the cat in my avatar lives in Tankerton.  He is called Dyson.  No prizes for guessing why  ;).

Some people are like slinkies: they don't really have a purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

In the set-up instructions of a new PC speaker system I tried this week (going back as faulty but that's a side issue):

"Position speakers so as they face towards you."

Now I know where I have been going wrong all these years.

Seen on a pizza packaging, just below where it's told you to bake it at 200deg C for 30 minutes:  "Caution topping will be very hot".
