After an 11 hour round trip yesterday, for a journey that should have taken about 2hrs 10min (major probs on the M6) Zoe now resides in the kitz household.
She is so adorable (biased) and Im so pleased that Zoe and Ziggy immediately took to each other and already they play happily together.
Its brought out a new side to Ziggy and he's been busy showing off his mousing skills to her and washing and grooming her. She get a wee bit frantic if she finds herself in a room on her own and starts mewing, at which point Zigs will go running to find her and either chirp at her or groom her.
She's walking all over Zigs, but he hasnt complained and just lets her get on with it. Theres only once when he got a bit fed up of her patting at him and jumping all over him, but all he did was let out a couple of Birman Huffs*.
Ive got a few pics, but they are mostly poor quality due to the lighting and the photographer. Will post a couple later when Ive taken them off the camera.
*Birman huff is a trait peculiar to the Birman cat -hard to describe but its a kind of combination between a sigh and a pfffffffft noise they make when fed up
