So, leave HW's firmware in place as it does indicate all the tones are able to be used to some extent on your connection.

Good morning BE_1,

OK. Will do.

So, without seeing a few days worth of 24/7 graphs, it all looks good to me.

I have now installed and set up HG612 Modem Stats from the link that you gave.

I think that I have got it installed correctly.

Graphs will be generated at 12noon.

Pictures attached of the program.

Are these both OK?

Thanks again.

Much appreciated.

Yep.

It looks like it's all set up correctly.

You can generate Ongoing and/or snapshot graphs via the GUI's buttons at any time you wish (or by double-clicking the graphpd.exe or HG612_current_stats.exe icons in the Scripts folder).

Thanks for confirming.

I thought that's what the GUI buttons in green meant?

I will pop back later with graphs.

A huge thanks to you and everyone else for their valuable input and assistance.

Much appreciated.

Dear all,

Good afternoon.

I have now got a whole set of graphs in the "C:\HG612_Modem_Stats\Ongoing_Stats" folder.

Which ones are you interested in seeing?

There are so many in this folder.

Please advise and I will upload.

Thanks.

The line_stats__FULL_MONTY_Pxxxxxxx.png is the one from the Ongoing_Stats folder & from the Current_Stats folder it is the line_stats-P-xxxxxxxxxxx.png

The .png file itself would be better as it can be zoomed in/out easily for better/clearer viewing.

I can't really see anything in any detail from the .gif that you attached.

I tried to attach the .png file but the forum said it's too big.

Methinks the .png file is above 200kb.

Let me try again.

No go - is there any way I can get round the 200kb limit?

Thanks.

You could try zipping it.

How large is it?

Mine is only 122K. When zipped at normal compression it is 107K

It is 431kb unzipped.

219kb zipped.

Should I email it to you?

I have sent you a PM.
