Well I did wonder how the engineer was going to get round all those cabinets in one day.
There's yours, Happy37 and mine.  ::)

That is strictly verboten.  >:(  Openreach must treat each CP identically on a first come, first served basis.

Bah!  :wall:
I've been re-scheduled to 30th July. So much for giving priority to BT customers.
I'm now getting O2 begging me to stay by email & texts.

I just hope I am not making a mistake. :fingers:

Indeed yes, same here. Have had emails and texts from o2 bombarding me to stay with them. Not now, it's too late, I'm moving on.........  :no:

Hope I'm not making a mistake either - the good thing is that my fibre install date with PlusNet is still the 24th July. It was originally the 23rd.

Good luck, ss44 - please keep us all posted.

ss44 and UncleUB

Good morning.

Just popping back to ask if the scheduled dates are still the same for both your respective FTTC installations?

@ss44 - 30th July?

@UncleUB - originally the 23rd July like mine, but changed to the 3rd August. Is this still correct?

Good luck to both of you. :fingers:

Good morning Happy  :)

Still the 3rd August for me(up to now) :fingers:

Tbh the 23rd July was a rough estimate and not an actual fixed date that had been rescheduled  :)

I have received from O2 a large blue prepaid bag to send their router back once I'm live with my new provider,failure to return within 30 days will incur a £20 charge.
What do the do with all these returned routers..... ???

Good morning Happy37 & UncleUB,
still scheduled for 30th July.
I received my bag last week with the same threat inside the envelope.

>>What do the do with all these returned routers.....

Ebay, or send them out to subscribers that need a replacement perhaps.

ss44 and UncleUB

Good evening gents.

Popping back to say that all is ready for tomorrow morning.

Have an AM appointment (8am to 1pm) for the BT engineer to come and install the new FTTC service.

Will pop back with speedtest results etc............
