Getting Openreach modem to work with ADSL and Home Hub 3

Hi Guys,
I have just unlocked my Openreach modem I have, and it will sync, however when I connect the Home Hub to the OR Modem in the Lan 1 socket and then to the BT Infinity bit on the HH3 it doesn't work.  The broadband light just flashes orange.

Can anyone give any advice on how I can get it to work? Any settings I need to change etc?  The reason I want to use the OR Modem is because the Chipset in it is far better than the one in the Home Hub. The modem is Huawei 3B.
