Our high class eating house very full today
« on: April 26, 2012, 08:32:41 PM »

Having been in most of this week, OH and I used our wrinklies bus passes to go down in to Bournemouth. Pretty well were blown off feet walking through the Gardens to the front, and even worse there! So we decided that a walk along the front was out. For OH that's something!

So we went to our cheapie place near the Square, and had us two bowls of soup with nice crisp chopped baguettes, butter and drinks for just over a tenner!

Never seen it so full and noisy. Seems there was something going at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) as many of them had CWU fleeces on,

Planning next strike? ;) How on earth do guys like then scent out good fodder? :-\ :)

Reckon there could have management of managers there too. There were three guys actually wearing smart shirts and ties.

Now was it some area conference or some presentation? Perhaps that'll never be known.

Few months back the coppers' union were there too. Cant see why, as Irish Stew was not on the menu. ;D

Now they all could have eaten at the BIC: wonder why not. :-\ >:D
