I would never get water condensing anyway due to the airflow through the box (remember its 1U so it's 19" wide and 1.75" high) as there are 10 CPU fans and 2 PSU fans. You only really need to be concerned about water condensing if there is minimal airflow in any given area.
One cpu has got to 6C so far this winter. I had to change the PEF* settings for cpu as it turned the box off because CPU1 was considered abnormally cold
*PEF = Platform Event Filtering. Basically the IPMI monitors sensors ranging from fans to temperatures to voltages and you can set your own filter such that (for example) if the temperature of the PSU goes above 35C then shut down the OS and then the machine. You can get it to send alerts prior to shutdown.
